Team Tactics 101: Fundamentals of the Field

This two-day course teaches responsible citizens how to shoot, move, communicate, and operate together as a team in a structured environment. Students will gain hands-on experience with the fundamentals of small-unit tactics.

You’ll learn:

  • Formations & Roles – how to organize and position a team for maximum security and control.

  • Movement Techniques – Traveling, traveling overwatch, and bounding overwatch with real-world application.

  • Patrol Procedures – Security halts, rally points, and setting up a patrol base.

  • React to Contact – React to direct fire contact as a team, with live-fire execution under instructor supervision.

  • Communication & Leadership – Simple, effective ways to pass information and make decisions under stress.

This class will be held November 8-9th at a private venue. This course is immersive and field-focused, designed to give participants an experience from planning to execution. Students will leave with a deeper understanding of teamwork, communication, and tactical movement that can scale from a two-person team to a full squad. Safety is emphasized at every step to ensure a professional and productive training environment.
