Adamas Firearms Training Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Effective Date: June 4th, 2026

This policy applies to all training courses, private instruction, events, gear, merchandise, and physical products purchased from Adamas Firearms Training.

By registering for a course, booking private instruction, or purchasing a product, the customer agrees to this policy.

1. Training Courses and Group Classes

Course seats are limited, and Adamas Firearms Training may turn away other students once a class is full. For that reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

Student Cancellations

14 or more days before class:
Students may cancel and receive a full refund, minus any third-party payment processing fees that are not returned to Adamas Firearms Training.

7 to 13 days before class:
Students may cancel and receive a training credit for the amount paid, or may reschedule into a future class with available space. No cash refund will be issued during this period unless required by law.

Less than 7 days before class:
Payments are non-refundable. At the discretion of Adamas Firearms Training, a student may receive a training credit or reschedule option for documented emergencies, illness, injury, military duty, law enforcement duty, or other circumstances beyond the student’s control.

No-shows:
Students who do not attend and do not notify Adamas Firearms Training before the start of class are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Late arrivals:
Students who arrive late may be denied participation for safety, legal, or training-continuity reasons. Late arrivals are not guaranteed a refund, credit, or reschedule.

2. Private Lessons

Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable. Adamas Firearms Training may offer one courtesy reschedule at its discretion.

No-shows for private lessons are non-refundable.

3. Safety, Conduct, and Eligibility

Adamas Firearms Training reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any student for unsafe gun handling, failure to follow instructions, disruptive conduct, suspected intoxication or impairment, unsafe equipment, or any condition that creates a safety concern.

Students removed or denied participation for safety, conduct, legal eligibility, or failure to meet course requirements are not entitled to a refund.

Students are responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to possess and use firearms and ammunition before registering for any firearms-related course.

4. Cancellations by Adamas Firearms Training

If Adamas Firearms Training cancels a class, private lesson, or event, students may choose either:

  1. A full refund; or

  2. A transfer into a future class or lesson with available space.

Adamas Firearms Training may cancel or reschedule training due to weather, range closure, instructor emergency, unsafe conditions, low enrollment, or circumstances outside normal control.

5. Training Credits

Training credits may be used toward future Adamas Firearms Training courses or private instruction.

Training credits are equal to the amount originally paid. If the price of a future class is higher than the credit amount, the student is responsible for the difference.

Training credits are transferable to another eligible student only with prior approval from Adamas Firearms Training.

Training credits do not expire unless issued as a free promotional credit or unless otherwise allowed by law.

6. Gear, Merchandise, and Physical Products

Unused and unopened gear or merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Opened medical or trauma supplies

  • Ammunition or other consumable range supplies

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, or components

  • Items damaged after delivery or pickup

  • Items that cannot be safely or legally resold

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Adamas Firearms Training error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Adamas Firearms Training within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Adamas Firearms Training may request photos, return of the item, or other documentation before issuing a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

8. Online Orders and Shipping Delays

For merchandise ordered online, Adamas Firearms Training will make reasonable efforts to ship within the stated shipping timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is stated, Adamas Firearms Training will make reasonable efforts to ship within 30 days.

If an item cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, Adamas Firearms Training will contact the customer to either obtain consent for the delay or issue a refund for the unshipped item.

9. Gift Cards and Paid Store Credits

Gift cards, gift certificates, and paid store credits issued by Adamas Firearms Training do not expire and are not subject to service fees, except as permitted by law.

California customers may request cash redemption of a gift card or gift certificate balance when required by California law.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after approval or after returned merchandise is received and inspected. Banks and payment processors may take additional time to post the refund.

Third-party payment processing fees may be deducted from refunds if those fees are not returned to Adamas Firearms Training, unless the refund is due to an Adamas Firearms Training cancellation, fulfillment error, or where otherwise prohibited by law.

11. How to Request a Cancellation, Refund, Return, or Credit

Requests should include the customer’s name, order number or class date, item or course purchased, reason for the request, and preferred resolution.
